TOEIC Listening & Reading or Speaking & Writing?
The TOEIC exists as two separate products, taken independently:

Listening and Reading form a single test, scored out of a 10-990 total. Speaking and Writing are taken separately, each on its own scale, with no combined score.

What is the difference between the two TOEIC tests?
TOEIC Listening & Reading measures comprehension; it is the one most often requested by employers. TOEIC Speaking & Writing measures production and is taken separately, on its own scoring scales.
Which TOEIC should I prepare?
It depends on what your employer or the target role asks for. If nothing is specified, Listening & Reading is the format most commonly required.
How long is the result valid?
2 years.
Does a TOEIC score match a CECRL level?
ETS publishes an indicative correspondence with the CECRL to place a score. The exact level expected still depends on what your employer or the receiving organisation asks for.
