German classes in Yaounde, from level A1 to level C1
A German course structured by CECRL level, at Carrefour Tam-Tam. Groups of eight learners maximum, with a path towards Goethe-Zertifikat or TELC preparation once your target level is reached.
German classes can be taught in English for English-speaking learners.
A level built before the exam
A student aiming for studies in Germany who has no base yet. A candidate who already reached an A2 level alone and wants to structure the rest. An employee whose employer asks for a confirmed level for a role linked to Germany. The starting conversation places each of these correctly, whatever the starting point.

How classes run
At Carrefour Tam-Tam, behind Bethesda pharmacy, in a group of eight learners maximum, over 8 weeks at 25 hours a week per level.
Prerequisites: none for level A1. For later levels, the starting conversation confirms your real level.
By the end of a level, you can: use the grammar and vocabulary of that level, in speaking and in writing, for the situations covered by the CECRL at that level.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need any German already?
No. A conversation with a tutor sets your level before you start, including a complete beginner A1 level.
Are classes in the evening?
The exact time slot is confirmed on WhatsApp when you enrol: unlike the other languages taught here, German does not yet have a fixed evening slot.
Does this class prepare for the Goethe-Zertifikat or the TELC?
This class builds the language level itself, level by level. Once your target level is reached, dedicated Goethe-Zertifikat or TELC preparation adds the exact format of each exam.
Does this class guarantee a visa or a job in Germany?
No. The class teaches the language; visa, study or work steps are handled separately, with the relevant organisations.
Can I join at any level?
Yes, from A1 to C1. The starting conversation places you correctly, even if you already studied some German elsewhere.
